The WiSAR Lab hosts an innovative multidisciplinary team of academics, researchers and engineers from the Faculty of Engineering & Technology at ATU Donegal, with a rich focus on the commercialisation of research outputs. Our prime research objective is to respond to the demands of various industries for growth and development and accelerate technology adoption and readiness.

Technology Gateway

At WiSAR, we work closely with industry partners in developing innovative and applied research solutions. As a member of the nationwide Enterprise Ireland Technology Gateway Network, WiSAR Technology Gateway delivers near to market solutions for commercial partners with an advanced test environment to accelerate R&D in the development and warehousing of IoT technology. The Gateway has an extensive portfolio of industry collaborations, ranging from SMEs to multinational organisations.
